Anyone know of a Web site that you can enter an airport code, say IAH, and
get a list of destinations served via direct flights? I am particularly
interested to find out which cities in France, Italy, and the UK (other than
the obvious ones) might have a direct non-stop from Houston ...

I'm lucky enough to be going to Germany (Hamburg) in June for a week to
watch some footie and then have to get from there to central France for
the Le Man 24 hours race. One way car rental is far too expensive so
I'm thinking about flying to Paris and then renting a car.

I have to fly from the USA to Europe this summer and so could buy my
ticket at any time between now and July.  Is there a best time to shop
for tickets?  I can't do the last-minute thing because I need to be
there on the day I promise.
