An Aussie visa for US citizens13 Feb 2006 16:31 GMT35
Some time ago, I generated huge flames from Tchiowa (which has since
gone back to alt.culture.thai and other groups where he belongs, for
his
his ignorance about travel.air matters), by this statement:

LHR to Gatwick?13 Feb 2006 08:54 GMT3
Anyone suggest the least difficult way to do this for a wife with a bad
knee and a husband with a wonky shoulder? Dont want to have to fight
luggage on and off of a train 6 times to save 5 bucks but don't want to
be raped either...
Advice on SFO-Munich (or SFO-FRA) Business Class round trip?13 Feb 2006 07:40 GMT3
Shopping for a SFO-Munich (or possibly SFO-Frankfurt) Business Class RT
(two week duration) in April.
I like to take the United/Lufthansa nonstops and get the United FF
miles, but Business Class in these is horribly expensive (circa $10K).
Something like Orbitz in Japan13 Feb 2006 06:01 GMT3
Is there a online booking website like Orbitz in Japan?
i.e., if I, staying in Korea, want to buy a ticket from LAX to PAR, I
may use Orbitz or Expedia in America instead of Korean online booking
website. Right?

What if NWA Strikes12 Feb 2006 23:32 GMT1
I'm planning a trip to Tanzania in May (RSW - JRO). The most reasonable
routes are all NWA flights (from AMS to JRO is only KLM, NWA partner).
I'm planning to book in the next 2 weeks.
Now, I'm seeing the words NWA strike appear in the news. My question

miles bonuses for Star Alliance flights12 Feb 2006 07:50 GMT1
I'm a UA Premier Exec.  I'm probably going to be flying them back from
HKG eventually to SFO.  I'm wondering if I am going to be getting the
standard 100% bonus for being a Prem. Exec.  Also what about the 25%
bonus for flying in paid business?

Fastest trip YWG to AUH11 Feb 2006 07:41 GMT3
It seems (to me that travailing with NWA-KLM is the fastest routing and
most convenient way to get to AUH from YWG.
Any other options? Cost is NOT an issue!
Thanks for ANY alternatives that I have not found.
