Any ideas which aircraft model/airline company offer the best seat

Has anybody else suffered poor service from Bransons Virgin Holidays?
I've found that if everything goes ok then Virgin are at best OK. If
however ANYTHING goes wrong be prepared for the "Brush off" it seems
that what ever problems you encounter its never Virgins fault.
