The European Court of Justice has blocked an EU-US agreement that requires airlines to transfer passenger data to the US authorities. The court said the decision to hand over the data was not founded on an "appropriate legal basis".

I have just tried to change a Ryanair booking on a flight to Denmark from Stansted. Despite the new flight being the same price as the original one Ryanair are asking another £75 for the change. If I just rebook a new flight it works out much cheaper, which is what I shall do.
