I am taking a ff miles award trip on Cathay. I was just told that there is no advance seat selection fot "this kind of ticket". It bugs me that airlines behave as if ff miles tickets are free gifts. After all, I earned all of those miles by purchasing some

My eye doctor told me that his patients are having their prescription liquids, eye drops in this case, confiscated regardless of whether they have a pharmacy label matching the patient. This is in clear violation of written TSA policy, but that should not surprise anyone.
