I just booked a flight for my sister who lives in England to travel to
Scotland.  I live in Scotland and booked the flight online with British
Airways.  On the last page of the booking, it said that the passenger
does not have to present the credit/debit card used to book the flight

Can somebody please confirm if "Hertz Rent A Car" company has XML API
to develop software for integration with other 3rd party software?
