I asked in here a while ago about what BHX T2 was like with a view to
taking my regular weekly flight from there instead of LCY (easier to
get to).  Did it for the first time on Monday, and I was impressed -
clean, newish terminal, almost no queues, pleasant security staff etc.

Who thinks that air and space flight will be feasibly accomplished
using magnetic levitation in the next 20-50 years? Can this magnetic
flight be done without electricity?

Why is it that when I fly from Wellington (WLG) to Manchester (UK) via
Auckland (AKL) and Heathrow (LHR) I have to reclaim my baggage at LHR, take
it along with me to the domestic terminal and recheck it in there. MAN is an

On checking the Easy Jet website it appears that their
handluggage size allowance is smaller than the norm.  i.e. other
airlines now quote 56 x 45 x 25cm as a standard.  Easy Jet quotes
55 x 40 x 20.
