Golf course in the middle of the airport17 Jan 2007 20:05 GMT21
What is up with that golf course right between the two runways at Don
Muang airport in Bangkok?  Did they build the golf course like that on
purpose, or was the golf course there first and they built an airport
around it?

Just got back to New Jersey from a two week vacation in Spain and
Morocco.  I have a minor complaint to make regarding the Ariport we
departed from, Barcelona.  We arrived at the airport on Jan. 10 near
midnight via a domestic flight from Sevilla.  Getting out of the

"The Terminal"15 Jan 2007 23:55 GMT3
Watched The Terminal on ABC last night. The opening shots were in the
now closed (to scheduled passenger flights) Mirabel Airport Terminal in
Montreal. The next shots identified as the "In-Transit" lounge were in
another terminal. Anyone know where? Or was this just a set?

I flew BA from Phoenix to Heathrow on Dec 19/20 2006. There was heavy
fog in London on the 20th. We barely made our flight to Rome which of
course meant that our luggage did not travel with us to FCO. For the
next several days, heavy fog led to cancellation of a couple hundred
