Does anyone understand what BMI are trying to achieve at Heathrow. You go to a check-in desk where the person is staring into space with nothing to do. She says go to the automatic check-in. We do, and check ourselves in.

Where abouts is the best place for Breakfast in Terminal 3. Getting there for about 6.30 am for a 9.30 flight and hate plane food - even if it is Virgin's(LOL) Price not important but quality, service and speed are.
