Im thinking of taking this years vacation in Orlando, FL flying from the UK
I was looking at taking a trip to New York whilst there, does anyone have
any idea if it will be cheaper to get a ticket to include this stopover -
i.e. uk - jfk - mco - uk or whether it will be cheaper to ...

I just flown on a a couple of KLM flights, and noticed that none of the
aircraft used had a row 13. Is this purely superstition and to stop the
hassle of having passengers asking for seat swaps, or is there another
reason?

I am trying to pay for a ticket for an elderly relative. It is a
straightforward case: tons of flight between two big cities, seats
still available quite easily. However, all airlines and travel agents I
have tried so far are refusing any non-Indian credit card.
