The last time I was in the states in early 2001 (Prior to 9/11) I remember I
had to fill in a visa waiver form on the plane, but post 9//11, Is this
still the case? I,m thinking of going back soon.

layout it seems as if they could have lined them up if they wanted to.
During deplaning, the stagger does make it easy to determine which row is
