Termianl 3 is a disgrace...its like a 3rd world country,  i expect goats and

Does anyone know why some apparently nice hotels have no bathroom fans,
only small vents on the upper walls? I'm talking about ones with no
windows. Is it to control noise for neighboring rooms? An example was a
