Just out of frustration:  Anyone know why the UK National Express Coach
website doesn't seem to respond to any of its published links?
[And would any kind-hearted UK residents out there want to advise me on
best choice for a journey from Heathrow Terminal 3 to Southampton Park

A family member was schedule to fly on UAL 835 from ORD to PVD
(Shanghai, China) today. Although the flight was schedule to depart
ORD at 10:42 this morning, it's been sitting at the gate for over 4
hours now, delay attributed to servicing issues.
