I have frequent flyer cards from various airways like Thai Airways, Air France, Vietnam Airlines and Cathay Pacific's Asia Miles. I live in Vietnam, and people seem not so careful and not so knowledgeable about spellings of non Vietnamese names.

How much time is needed to make a connection from an international to a domestic flight (same airline) at LAX and MIA respectively? (Need to clear immigration, get baggaeg, then customs, and the check in for the domestic leg.)

I just research an itinerary at ITA software and it gave me a price. Since the first and the last flight was on AA, I called them to buy the ticket. The price they came up with was $50 higher. We went through in detail and all the flights were same, and the same booking class.

I haven't done this in a while, but yesterday I went to a travel agency to buy a ticket. Its locations is convenient to my new office, so I thought why not. I was surprised when they said they charge $25 per ticket.
