Ugly Airline Math: Planes Late, Fliers Even Later

I was just reading in the paper - and hearing on the radio - about how
bad British Airways is getting for losing and delaying luggage.
Out of curiosity, do these figures apply for all classes of travel or
do they tend to take more care of business class luggage?

the opinions of  UK consumers from various backgrounds on budget
carriers/airlines which are also known as low cost carriers/airlines,

Heard on the radio yesterday:
Immigration officers are now being instructed to scan every traveller's
passport (rather then the cursory glance they could do if it's busy) using a
new computer system that is supposed to add 10-15 seconds to each passenger

I went to redeem my mileage for a trip to Europe and low and behold
all of it was taken away. They said they put in place a new policy and
if you didn't buy a ticket each 36 months the miles were taken. I
can't recall being told about this one. Anyone have any suggestions?
