went through the "strip search agency" song and dance at two airports in
different cities. To some, a bottle of coca-cola is demed more dangerous
than the items I had with me. I had items the people should have
questioned in my carry-on or hand luggage (computer bag), nothing was ...

Arrgh.  I made a 'free baggage' weight chart:
Flight........... Airline..... Checked (lbs)... Carry-On (lbs).
1. Orlando-Frankfurt (Condor) - 51lbs(ea-2pcs)...13lbs.
2. Frankfurt-Santorini (Condor) - 45lbs.... 13lbs.

Within the last 2 years, I have had a TSA lock bent to the point that it
was no longer functional, a TSA lock that got snapped off, and 2 zippers
yanked off.  Why is luggage handling so rough?
