All the flights on my itinerary have a 70-80% chance or higher of being on
time.  Except for the PHX to SFO flight at 10:04 AM, which has a 40-50%
chance of being on time.  This is on US Airways, and the flight is next
month.  Why is it more likely to be delayed than on time?

Heard a report that these sods are deliberately calibrating their
scales in their favour now that they've introduced a 15kg per item of
luggage. Anyone had any experience of this? I believe they now charge
£5 per kg over the top.
