I fly several times a year from SFO to HKG by Cathay Pacific.
I never able to get seat assignments.
Ever if I get to the airport 6 hours ahead of flight, I am always stuck with

Is it normal for them to cancel all flights after 2 PM? I am surprised to
find out my flight is cancelled and they assign me to an earlier flight when
I logined to their web site. They didn't give me a choice. Just assigned me.
Do I have to pay change fee if I don't like the earlier ...
