BAA tested it for almost  year but never at more than 80 - 90% capacity.
Robert Atkins the BA development manager in T5 suggested it should be run at
100% in part of the testing about 2 weeks before the opening as he was
concerned it wouldn't work.

Following on from my post a couple of weeks ago about, firstly 'traversing'
heefrow, and secondly about BA loosing all of our cases for 36 hours and one
