Just wondering if my significant other can take wetwipes on the plane
(Europe airport) in her handbag, or do they count as viscous fluids?
Cheap internal flights in Mexico27 Jun 2008 00:21 GMT10
Does anyone know if there are airlines for inexpnsive travel between
Mexico City and Guadalajara.  It is a short flight, but the price seems
high for the "regular" airlines.  I was thinking of something on the
order of RyanAir or easyJet in Europe.
No Frills Airlines in Canada26 Jun 2008 20:25 GMT3
Are there any no-frills airlines in Canada? I'd like to fly between JFK
(or LGA or EWR) and Vancouver. It's possible to fly Jetblue to Seattle
for approximately $300 return but flying e.g. Delta to Vancouver costs
more than $700.

Drinks on a Plane23 Jun 2008 00:17 GMT7
I wonder what US Air and its compadres would do to me,
if I brought a cooler in my carry-on and started handing out
drinks to fellow passengers.

I use the train to Paris and get to this station without too much hassle?
Thanks.

What is the world's largest airline (And, what is the criteria?)
First, a quick online search says the answer (as of now, 2008) is
"American Airlines", but that up until recently, it was United.
However, I was watching an old game show (on GSN) and the question was
unusual hazard, Islay airport18 Jun 2008 15:58 GMT9
I am told that at the moment, when you enter the terminal at Islay
airport, there is a sign saying to beware of adders.  The terminal
building and car park are full of them, and as they're a protected
species, there isn't a lot that can be done about it.
News Alert: United, US Airways to charge $15 for first checked bag17 Jun 2008 19:04 GMT60
Friday the 13th will be remembered as a dark day for travelers, with
two major airlines adding new baggage fees and cutting perks in the
past 24 hours.
1) United to charge $15 for first checked bag
Departing T2 at LHR in August - arrival time recommendation?16 Jun 2008 23:01 GMT1
Against my better judgment I'm using LHR again in August, flying IB from T2
to MAD (final destination).
I'll be checked in online and hand baggage only; my flight is 1850 on a
Friday evening in August (woohoo).  What's the latest I should arrive,

Has anybody sampled the T5 business lounge yet? Is it any better that
