Can anyone reccommend anywhere cheap and comfortable to stay for 2 or 2
nights?  Must have double rooms and we would prefer somewhere where we might
meet other travellers.

A thirty-something American couple, who have to be in Delhi and Bombay
during the first 1/2 of September 2003 on a relatively short notice (as
you can see, it is August), is interested in a 3-4 day tour package of
Goa.

I've heard through the Burmese "grape vine" that the US Dollar - along
with the FEC - is going to soon be de-valued, with the new foreign
