Going to BK next week for a fortnight hotel stay in the Asia Hotel with
a four day trip on the river up to death railway included.
We have been to BK seven times before and I love it.  We have done most
of the touristy things.

i am planning mid of november to do a 5 weeks bycicle tour in SouthEastAsian
coutries ( Malaysia , Thailand , Cambodia , Laos , Vietnam , SouthChina )
Does anyone has me a suggestion or had some experiene ?

we wl be travelling to Japan from oct 22 to nov 1, I hve some questions
about this period.  we wonder if we need to book very well in advance the
shinkansen tickets to go from Kyoto to Tokyo. Also can someone help to find
a good ryokan or hotel in Kyoto ?

A while ago we bought tickets from London to New Zealand with a stop-over in
Borneo on the way out and in Brisbane on the return. The tickets are valid
for 12 months. Our original plan was to travel for 5 weeks, but now we want
to go for longer.

T wanted to visit HaNOi for a few days and then on to Hue and NhaTrang. Is
it easy to do this myself without a tour company escort???I am used to

Sikkim, Bhutan, the Darjeeling region of India, and Myanmar. I would
appreciate hearing your general impressions about the region. I'm not

I'm planning a world trip which will commence in a couple of months (or
less) and Japan is on my list. I'll be going to many countries before
that, and I'm quite flexible regarding when I'm going where and how long
I'll be staying, but when it comes to Japan I want to see the Sakura

I like toknow the situation actually for travellers in Philippines (safety)
especially in Palawan between Puerto Princessa and El Nido.
