I hear that there is a very good Tokyo subway map in Japanese and English which stands out from the rest as being useful and easy to use. Does anyone know the name of this map and is it available in Japan or is it best to try to buy one before one leaves for Japan?

I'll be traveling with a friend of mine (Chinese passport) from the US to China with a three-day stopover in Japan either on the way to China or back to the US. Does anyone know if she'll need a visa if she has an onward ticket?

Does anyone know of any direct flights from Hue to Siem Reap (or alternativelt, to PP)? I believe there was talk last year of Vietnam Airlines opeing up this route, but can't find any trace of this now. Their website only offers Hue -> Saigon -> Siem Reap.
