I will be flying into Narita & want to bypass Tokyo.... Are there high speed trains from the Narita Airport? Should i purchase train tickets in advance? Does it pay to fly from Narita to Kyoto?

I`ll be travelling from Berlin to Bangkok for 6 months and then returning to Berlin. The travel agent here says that Lufthansa and other local airlines require a visa covering the length of your stay, or they won`t let you board.

Hiya, Im considering doing the following trip. London - overland China, (via Russia), fly Thailand, fly Australia, NZ, and back to London. Not sure about homewards route, perhaps America? Would definatly like to fit in cook islands, Fiji, or some other tropical place if possible.
