Someone at work told me that Thailand has introduced a fee for visas when
you arrive in the country. Is this for real? We're travelling on
Australian passports - in case that makes a difference.

Flew to Tokyo on early November on NWA (Northwest Airlines) and found some
female Stewardesses are like thugs. Most passengers were Japanese and
usually their in flight behavior is good and polite. One passenger
