Can anyone tell me if there is a decent airline that flies between Chiang
Mai and Chiang Rai?  I am flying internal flights in Thailand by frequent
flyer points, but if my partner does the same routes it is a bit expensive.
Any ideas that aren't flying Thai?

We are planning a trip for next winter to Guam, Rota or Tinian, Palau,
Micronesia (Yap, Pohnpei, Kosrae), and Majuro.  Is this the newsgroup to

As I am getting deeper into planning , need some help.
- any suggestions for places to stay in Perhentian. I am inclining
towards staying at Perhentian Besar
actually and I don't mind paying more and staying in one of the resorts

I will reach West Papua and I think in Jayapura I will have a bad
change rate. Before departing to jayapura I will make a stop at
Jakarta airport for 8 hours.
I think as in all the world the Airport is the worst place to exchange

Hi, I'm in Los Angeles, thinking about going to Saigon. Had the idea of

Would I be able to get on an non-commercial ship, maybe in exchange of work?

We will be staying at Bangkok for 4-5 days before leaving for India. Can we

Am going to Bangkok (backpacking) in a few weeks time. Can anyone
