| Availablity of ATMs in India? | 27 Sep 2004 23:27 GMT | 1 |

I'm asking this because I've got a one-way ticket this year from the US to Bangkok. In years past, I've never gotten asked for a Thai visa before boarding in the US with a r/t ticket. In Europe, many airlines insist on a Visa, or they won't let you board. I didn't know if US

| ?how easy is it to stay long term in Vietnam or Laos? | 25 Sep 2004 09:04 GMT | 3 |
I am comparing to Thailand and Cambodia. In Thailand, because they want tourists (even if a very small minority are actually working as ESL teachers)visas are a snap. For example if one gets a tourist visa at a consulate before arriving it's good for

Does anybody know how much you'd save by getting a r/t ticket from Bangkok to the US, versus the other way around? I live 4 months in Boston, and 8 months in Thailand every year, but always buy the r/t ticket on the US side, and it's expensive from Boston, but maybe
