WWW friends, Has anyone lived in Istara Condominiums in Kuala Lumpur? I will be in Malaysia this month for 2 weeks and might be staying there. Are they very clean and quiet or are they in a very busy area?

My husband really wants to get a traditional tattoo in Thailand by Sompong Kanphai. We have searched everywhere and can not find a way to locate him. We know that he lives in the Muang district of Pathum Thani(?), but where? Any help is appreciated!

I'd like to get an India visa in Bangkok when I go there in November. How long will it take and what's the cost approximately? (I'm a US citizen). Also, I've heard that the visa starts as soon as it is issued, rather than when entering the country. Is this correct?
