Has anyone lived in Istara Condominiums in Kuala Lumpur? I will be in
Malaysia this month for 2 weeks and might be staying there.
Are they very clean and quiet or are they in a very busy area?

We (a thirty something American couple) would be in Mumbai/Pune late
August. Although I know nothing about Goa, my spouse has decided I must

Sompong Kanphai. We have searched everywhere and can not find a way to
locate him. We know that he lives in the Muang district of Pathum

How long will it take and what's the cost approximately? (I'm a US
citizen). Also, I've heard that the visa starts as soon as it is
issued, rather than when entering the country. Is this correct?
