I need to spend one night in Macau so that I can take a flight to Bangkok from AirAsia. Can somebody recommend a hotel? Something not to pricey but also not a cheap hotel (my wife would not appreciate it).

Is it better that I call a travel agent in Thailand and get them to book air tickets form Bangkok to Phuket and back? Or do I book using the Internet - either using Thai Air or Bangkok Air? Any advise?
