Hello, I am planning to visit Phuket in Nov. I have friends that are taking malaria pills from their doctor . I have not found any advisories for malaria in any health sites (CDC etc). Does anyone know whether malaria is a problem there?

Is there internet availability at internet cafes in Beijing? I was there about 2 years ago, and the government had closed them, but I was wondering if they are open now. At that time, in other cities internet cafe's were available, but not in Beijing. Also, will it be a problem ...
