First Hotel or other $30 quite hotel Bangkok11 Oct 2004 04:03 GMT1

but a bit out of the way in Banglamphu.  I've stayed at the Asia Hotel [a
bit fancy] and thought I'd try the nearby First Hotel for 4 days due to its
location near BTS.

Internet access in China09 Oct 2004 15:42 GMT9
I will need to connect to the internet regularly during a trip to China.
Ordinarily I go to internet cafes, because I have a deep and abiding hatred
for dialup modems. However, I need to coordinate something online at what
will be 3am in China, so I suspect I will have no choice ...

I have from 10.00am to 6.30pm as a transit passenger at Narita airport and I

airport? How much do they cost?

Hello again!
After my last tiny doubts regarding Ramadan have been dispeleed, I tend to

win, I will go there in November.

Changi Airport Transit Hotels07 Oct 2004 23:04 GMT9
Will have an overnight stop in Singapore shortly. I hear that there
are hotels in the transit areas and they seem quite reasonable. It
would  be cheaper to clear customs and use taxis to check into a
downtown hotel but for convenience the transit option seems OK
