There is supposedly a bus that leaves from Beach Road in Singapore,
going to KL.  Anyone know which company this is?

Has anyone had that fresh squeezed sugarcane juice in Hong Kong?  The
street vendor puts the stick of sugarcane into a device that I think had
meshing teeth as he pulled the handle to pulverize the cane and extract
the juice.

Does anyone know if there is a way to shop for air fares from Hong Kong
to Taipei in the US?  I know several carriers do that route, Cathay
Pacific, China Air and Dragon Air, among others.  I know round trip
fares could be had for as low as $130.  Cathay Pacific website lists

I have (not in my possession) a visa to VN for next week from the US
entering in Ho Chi Minh City.  I got it through a travel agent.  While
in VN I'm planning a trip to Cambodia and return to Ho Chi Minh city.
Someone told me that the visa I have will not allow me to return to ...

We decided we did not want to send our passports to some unknown entity to
get a China Visa.  So we drive to Washington, D.C. to deliver our passports
personally.  We further thought we would spend the extra $30 per China visa
and get one day turnaround.  We live about two hours ...

It does not appear to exist anymore !? I made that flight 3 years ago

Now that there's Internet and you can see all the pictures and read
the news from other places and watch video and talk to anyone anywhere
is there even any reason to travel any more?  Say an average trip to
Europe costs $5,000.  Well, you can put that money to much better use,
