Tibet from Hong Kong -- Tibet travel permit issues18 Aug 2005 18:56 GMT3
I understand one can go to the CITS office in HK to get the Tibet
travel permit.  Unfortunately, we will only be in HK after the office
apparently closes (and want to leave the next day--a Sunday--for
Tibet).  The only other alternative (as I understand it) is to head to
