I read on some Hong Kong's tourist site that there are free internet access throughout (in cafes etc). In what form is this access? ie. Wifi? LAN? PC? And is it a decent broadband speed?

Am off to Vietnam for a couple of weeks. I know there are ATM''s in Hanoi and Ho chi Min but do other citys like Nha Trang and Hue have ATM's that accept Cirrus Thanks
