I am trying to buy a spa appointment for my sister who is living in Japan,
but I am having no luck. I look for a spa online and I write the place and
I never hear back. Is this because I am communicating in English? Should I
call the spas personally? I don't really want to call ...

Looking at flights to Indonesia (Jakarta) from BKK at the moment and
