I am going to spend about 4 days in ShenZhen, starting next Tuesday: My first time in China, so I don't really know what to expect. Can somebody recommend things to do in ShenZhen? - I love Dim Sum, I suppose that should be easy to find there?

I've heard lots about the cheap but good-quality tailors in Hong Kong. Is this still the case? I'll be in Hong Kong later this summer, for 1.5 weeks. I'll be a bridesmaid at the end of the summer, and I was hoping to have the dress made there, both quickly and inexpensively.
