I'm not having much luck in securing flights out of Urumqi, in March, to Chengdu, Guilin or Lijiang. Found a really expensive flight to Kunming (Y2100). But there seem to be plenty of flights to Xian. Does anyone know why?

Found a website the other day which had 20 or so walks in Hong Kong on it. The walks all had very detailed route maps with photos of places of interest passed en route, start & finish times plus advice with transport connections.

In Malaysia the moslems, like moslems everywhere, think it is a religious duty to cheat non-believers. For example - Internet cafe. It says 2 ringgit per hour. you use it for 30 minutes, then the clerk says you owe 6 ringgit.
