When arriving in a country, I usually hit an ATM in the airport for some local currency. (I carry three different ATM cards.) Can I count on doing that on landing in Tokyo, Seoul and Guilin? I'm pretty sure Tokyo and Seoul will be OK, but am not sure about Guilin.
