Can anyone advise which is best method of transport ticket for
Sydney CBD area for a 4 day trip. Train/buses/ferry/all of them
Is Sydney Explorer ticket worth buying or is a day tripper ticket
available that allows usage of all types of transport and how much?

I'm going to be arriving in Sydney early in the morning.  That evening, I'm
staying with friends of friends, but they'll be at work when I arrive, so I
won't be able to drop off my bags there.  I'd like to spend the day touring
the downtown (Circular Quay, etc.) areas but not ...

I'm a Brit, currently travelling in Australia, and have really enjoyed
reading Bill Bryson's book, Down Under.  It's veryt witty, with plenty
of good stuff about Oz, aimed at the foreigner.
