Our plans for a month in Australia are finally coming into place.
Thanks in part to the many good ideas from this group.
Briefly we arrive in Sydney June 17 and spend 6 nights. We plan to
stay in the Kings Cross area and visit the usual tourist sites  -

   I am interested in visiting and hopefully staying with both the
Aborogines and Maoris, and see them go about in their daily lives and
participate in them if possible. I know that permits are required to
enter

what do you do while visiting aus? use the atm machines as in europe?
are there plenty of atms if so?

What are these reposts? I have seen some of my old posts showing up with a
sender of no-spam.invalid. Its very confusing trying to read new posts with
these posts dominating the group. For now I'll filter them out but is there
some reason that these exist at all?

We have a 9 nights in July planned in the Cairns area. So far we are
