Which city is sunnier in the summer (January): Adelaide or Brisbane? Is Brisbane sunny enough to make if feel like a nice summer type of place? Is the sun really bright there? Any opinons of how Adelaide differs in this regard would be appreciated.

I have some of questions about Perth and it's beaches: 1. During the summer months is the ocean water warm enough to go swimming for long periods of time or is it kind of chilly? 2. Are sharks a concern like they are (or are'rt on the east cosat)?

Has anyone done any grape picking around Sydney or somewhere near by? I really want to do something outdoors but have heard that fruit picking is hard labour and little reward. However, I have been told that grape picking seems to pay better (for reasons I do not know).
