Someone told me that there is a scheme running in NZ that allows you to buy
a used vehicle and sign a contract that enables you to sell it back to the
car yard for an agreed price when you leave as long as the car is in same
condition as when originally purchased. Is this correct ...

I will be travelling the East Coast in July with a friend and we are
trying to figure out wich is the best way to do it. We have about 15
days and the rough masterplan is Melbourne-Sydney-Brisbane.

there any bus companies that take this route? I looked into greyhound
but they seem to take a different route.

I checked out the stinger-related websites that Ross kindly provided earlier
and am still unclear if there is stinger-free ocean swimming during December
on the Great Barrier Reef (or the Whitsundays).
(Also...not sure what constitutes a "stinger suit" :-)
