Just booked a week at Plantatation Village Beach Resort for this July. I
have read one review dated July 2003 that mentions that the beach was
eroded. Can anyone who has been in the area lately comment on the beach or
this resort in particular?

Hello! I'm searching for the perfect beach vacation and came here for
opinions. On my list is Grand Cayman, Negril, Playa (Tulum Coast
Mexico), Hawaii, etc. Looks on web sites are deceiving and I've been
reading a ton of bad reviews. I need some good opinions on where to go

In the past I used to visit Negril often and enjoy its local charm, the
