So now we're traveling to Dominica (and not St. Thomas) in early June.
Any suggestions  of where to stay, eat, etc.? Any good
vegetarian-friendly restaurants? Lastly, I know that you can easily
island-hop to Martinique and Guadalupe. Any other convenient options?

Any suggestions for the absolute cheapest all inclusive in Jamaica. Like $50
or less per day.

I have a friend on spring break right now on St. Maarten, sent me pics, and
said if I can get there, I can stay at his hotel room for free and there is
a car for me to use. Great, but.....
My question is: what is the cheapest practical way to get to St. Maarten

Still looking for a cheap hotel or room to rent.  Can be off the beaten
path.

We run a travel message board in which we have someone that is intent
on saying how terrible the Bahamas is.  I've never been but can't
really believe he is giving a balanced view.  Please have a look at
the thread and tell me what you think:

I am travelling over to St Lucia at the end of this month.  The intention
is to look at a number of villas which are for sale.  But I have also been
told to give Tobago a look.
Anyone have opinions as to which is the most beautiful island?

My parents are in their mid-60s and have been travelling to Tobago for
several years.  My mother likes the "in-depth" snorkeling (i.e., she can
walk from her cottage into the water and snorkel, and never worry that
she's in over her head) and my father loves the birdwatching and ...
