November can be really bad in the region of Belize.  It is a time of
changing weather, lots of rain, wind, clouds.  Can be too rough for diving.
Also, didn't like Belize at all.  Nasty.

I have to go to Jamaica in a couple of days and just realized my
passport expired a couple of months ago. From what I can tell, the
expired passport should be good within a year of expiration date, both
