Adult friends have only 3/4 nights for a trip to carribean from
washington, dc area; can use bwi airport or dulles
Looking for good direct flight, minimum hassle, non hurricane impacted
island/resort

We are thinking of vacationing in Puerto Rico.  The best plane fares
apparently have flights arriving in San Juan.
What is the best way (cost effective) to get from San Juan to Maricao?
How long does it take to go that distance?

I have been to Varadero a few times, just wondering where to go this year,
in Varadero...
Any experiences or recommendations??

OK, I posted a week ago and got some great feedback on general places
in Caribbean. Looks like Anguilla may be where we go. However, my wife
and I came across info on tortola, and now I'm completely entranced
with what I've seen and read. Unfortunately, I've not been able to read

ok. for my 5th anniversary in April, my wife and I would like to find a
good place to go in the caribbean (or, frankly, anywhere warm). Here is
what we are looking for:

I'll be landind at San Juan at 17:00 and departing at 22:00. Can I do
anything meanwhile? What are the mustsees of San Juan? What transport method
from/to San Juan and the airport?

 we're flying to Cancun end of January and heading down to Playa del
Carmen the next day.
Any recommendations for a car rental company in Cancun either at the
airport or downtown? We need a car for a week.

I was hoping someone could give a reccomendation for a place to stay in
Aruba in February. We'd like to avoid the two weeks where the US schools
have school vacation. We're considering an all-inclusive, but would also
consider other options.

I'm going to Cancun Dec 20-27 2004.  Want to know if there are any other
people going down there.  I'll probably be staying at the Oasis Cancun
again as that is my favorite hotel down there.  If anybody is going let

for a direct flight between Punta Cana (PUJ) and Antigua (ANU).

Im taking a group of fourteen to Jamaica next year.  How safe is the

1000 full time residents, but we have everything you need to plan a
visit next year.  We have daily flights from Nassau to our
international airport. We have Club Med (Columbus Isle) for an upscale
