I just got a potential timeshare matchup at the Coconut Palms resort in
Cabarete, Dominican Republic.
Has anyone been here or know anything about it?
Report on Labadee, Hispaniola09 Dec 2004 14:03 GMT1
The first port for our Royal Caribbean cruise of the western Caribbean was
Labadee, Hispaniola which is actually a part of Haiti.  This specific port
is leased out to Royal Caribbean so only their cruiseships come here.
Labadee is actually a peninsula with a few beaches.  Getting ...
Report on Dunn's River Falls in Jamaica09 Dec 2004 05:45 GMT3
One of the ports of call for our Royal Caribbean cruiseship during the week
of November 28/04 was Ocho Rios, Jamaica.  Probably the most famous site in
the region is Dunn's River Falls and we chose to tour it on our own rather
than through one of the cruiseship tours.  Once we ...

Just got back from a (short) 5 night stay at St. John.  This was our
second trip to this Island in the past year... our first time being

Thought I'd share some photos of our trip:

site at:

MdDs06 Dec 2004 01:58 GMT2
We have a large sailboat that we are on every weekend.  Even if we stay at
the dock and don't go out sailing, we experience the motion about 2 hours
after getting off the boat.  Not a big deal tho.
We've experienced it after sailing in the ocean on Windjammer or Star
Antigua recommendations (Antigua Village?)05 Dec 2004 22:57 GMT7
Can't find a whole lot about Antigua village.  One post (in 1997) said
that Antiqua Village had gotten a bit run-down and the beach wasn't
"great".
Current prices for Antigua Village range from $290 to $330 (studio)
Royal Caribbean cruises Questions ?05 Dec 2004 17:43 GMT5
It appears that Travel agents sell the Royal Caribbean cruises ( July
05 cruises) for the same price or more than Royal Caribbean itself.
This is surprising !
I thought one could get a lower price from Discount cruise sites.

Isla Mujeres to Cozumel02 Dec 2004 21:00 GMT8
I have some friends who will be staying three days in Isla Mujeres then
moving down to Cozumel for three more days.  Question is:  How do they get
there?  I have been to Cancun a few times.  I figure they will have to ferry
from Isla Mujeres back to Puerto Juarez on the mainland. ...
