I'm confused! St Barthelemy seems to be a part of the "French West
Indies", but the French West Indies do not appear in lists of
countries of the world. Nor does St Barthelemy on its own (unlike,
say, Guadeloupe). Can anyone clear this up?

Just back today, 3/5/05, from our Carnival Cruise. We were at Pic
Paradis no longer than 15 minutes or so and were robbed of everything
we had in our LOCKED trunk!
