I plan to go to Aruba this Fall, and I am looking for a quiet low rise resort right on the beach. I want a place that has a "swimable" beach in terms of waterfront, ocean bottom and wave activity, and offers great snorkling right at the resort.

We travel to Barbados in March 2006 and would like to take a boat ride to see the island from the sea. We are pensioners and non-swimmers and all advertised trips seem to include swimming with turtles. Does anyone know of sailing trips in Barbados that would suit us? Any information
