We are looking to go to the Dominican Republic or Cuba this August 7th
or 8th.  Will the weather be okay?  Did the last hurricane leave
damage?  Is there a good chance of another hurricane?
Please advise.

We own and manage a vacation rental business as well as giving advice
on buying properties on Margarita Island, Venezuela.
We also offer Island Tours, Investors Tours and transportation to and
from the Porlamar International Airport.

I am looking at these two islands:
-St. Kitts
-Antigua
I am looking to spend about 7 days on either one of them.

I am planning to fly to Antigua (ANU) from the DC area.
What is the best way to go? Dulles? National, or BWI?
